Waiver for tire changes
Please read this and sign below before we start the tire work.
Anytime Roadside Services is not responsible for lug nuts after we change the tire.
It is recommended that you check your lug nuts within 24 hours of the date of service. The customer who called Anytime Roadside Services for a tire change must have their lug nuts looked at or retightened, or the donut spare tire changed, within 24 hours of the date of the service.
Anytime Roadside Services is not responsible after that.
